She came on so fast June not expected yet easily predicted there on the schedule I was not ready for her her heat her intensity her undeniable ability to make one look at what has been gone under so quickly and how much is left of the rest of her tribe it takes a deep breath and a grounding of the feet heart squared and centered and mind cleared and conscious to take her in and continue as one has without placing pressures of time lapse
Yah! Well I think it’s Yah…..I have a birthday in June and reach some huge number in years! Better than the alternative and anyway it’s only a number and I’ve got way tooooo much to do, I don’t have time to get old.
June in Australia…..always wet and cold but some days are sunny with clear blue skies….fabulous place to live….even though we are isolated in the West!,
Have a great June miss Trish. Xx
Love you Miss Frannie!
response to June
Spring arrives and I am eager for the sun the colors the green the ability to sit outside and warm my body yet as you state June comes quickly with its stifling heat and a few respites of clouds and rain so we don’t forget about Spring and the fact that July will even be hotter I never look forward to summer now that I am older childhood has fond memories of playing outside until dark late late night for a youngster of swimming in lakes playing cards with cousins camping campfires fresh air and unlimited time that only a child is aware of now summer lasts as long as drives to the ocean and back those pressures of time do exist for me the future ahead looms even shorter every lonely ever longing I guess there is still hope to capture a few last sunsets a jar of fireflies to sift sand between my toes and wonder wander there is after all a summer full of gardens fresh fruit and veggies sweet white Silver Queen corn on the cob there is after all a summer if only I remember to look for it to create time to create (he)art
