today ends the travel
two months I’ll be here
or the area around here
calling it home
making it mine
filling the corners and edges with dog hair
and love
I already feel it the joy
gratitude I believe this is a force
it goes out from my heart that’s bursting as they say from my chest
and fills in the spaces all along the roads and sideways I’ve traveled to get here
