For the artist who needs immediate time and space outside of our traditional application cycles, we offer Independent Residencies during our off-weeks.

This self-funded path allows you to intentionally invest in your own creative development. You design the timeline and focus of your stay, gaining private access to our restorative studio spaces and grounds. It is a rare opportunity to gift yourself uninterrupted time, with 100% of your residency investment directly sustaining our non-profit mission.

Your residency is designed to be seamless, comfortable, and deeply conducive to the creative process.

• Shared Kitchenette: Equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot for your daily needs.

• Onsite Support: Peace of mind with onsite assistance available to help resolve any issues that may arise during your stay.

Investment

Residency Rate: $500 / week Includes private accommodations, studio access, and all standard amenities listed above.

Optional Add-On: Creative Mentorship

If you desire an additional layer of guidance, critique, or creative companionship during your time here, you can add a personalized mentorship package.

• Mentorship with Patricia Baldwin Seggebruch: $200 for 3 dedicated sittings.
