I discovered today that

Hope has feet~

Not wings

as the child I was

starry-eye

believed.

Intangible,

breathlessly

stunning

yet sustainably

unreal

in the face of

intellect.

Humans have feet.

 

Hope has feet

so we can grow

wings and

fly~

in love.
