Guest Instructor Partner Program

We invite visiting artists and master workshop leaders to share their techniques, vision, and medium expertise in our dedicated studio environment. We aim to support instructors fully, allowing them to focus entirely on teaching while we take care of hospitality and venue logistics.

Financial Structure & Revenue Split

  • 60 / 40 Split: The instructor receives 60% of total gross student tuition collected. The venue retains 40% to cover facility overhead, marketing, payment processing fees, and hospitality logistics.

  • Pricing & Minimums: Workshop tuition is set collaboratively prior to publishing. Workshops run subject to reaching a mutually agreed-upon minimum student headcount (typically 6 participants).

Provided Host Amenities

  • Accommodations: Guest instructors are provided on-site lodging at the artist compound for the duration of the workshop, including arrival the evening prior and departure following the final class session. Full use of shared compound facilities and grounds is included.

  • Meals Provided: Daily breakfast and catered lunch are provided by the host for the instructor on all scheduled instruction days. Dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice.

  • Studio Access & Prep: Instructors receive full access to the teaching studio equipment, tables, and setup support prior to class start times.

Instructor Responsibilities

  • Travel: Instructors are responsible for their own transportation to and from the compound.

  • Instructional Materials: Specific specialty tools, raw media, and student material lists are the responsibility of the instructor. Instructors may either supply a student kit fee (collected separately or built into supply requirements) or provide students with a required packing/supply list prior to the workshop.
