I mean after all if past exists in our heads and memories and the future in our hearts and hopes then what is presence or in modern speak to stay present is it not based on the sheer fact that if we are to believe ourselves spiritual beings in human form and therefore the biblical dialog of made in His image were somehow true and therefore the fact of His not knowing time that today is tomorrow is yesterday and all that (please do please go read it for yourself goodness knows this is my own dissected riff on the Word) then surely as made in His image people today is tomorrow is yesterday for us as well and therefore this presence we are told to sit in and remain in which quite frankly is about the most impossible thing to do well then maybe might I suggest it is impossible because it is impossible we are made in His image His today is His yesterday is His tomorrow so my today is my yesterday is my tomorrow and I am living it out them out all of it out as my one true life one step in front of the other altogether all the time all my time here in this one precious human life come what may bring it
