I’ve discovered that the biggest dose
of courage comes when one must believe in the something within themselves
working within a larger plan.
Not just for one’s own gain.
It takes courage to swallow a trust this big.
It takes courage to believe it is right to trust ones’ desires.
It takes courage to act on ones’ internal knowing
and not be thwarted by external influences.
It takes others encouragement to build ones’ trust to be courageous~

I have need for home.
The biggest driving desire from the two years traveling and teaching is to build home.
Ironically,
believe it or not,
not (all) for ourselves.
This wouldn’t have come before down under.
This wouldn’t have come had the boys not flown the nest one by one; earlier than expected.
This wouldn’t have happened if John hadn’t been standing alongside, every step of the way.
And it most definitely wouldn’t have happened if a community hadn’t begun to build around me,
believing in me, cheering for me, and often unbeknownst to them, holding me up.
This need of mine comes because it is time, there is need beyond my own for it,
and I get to be the hands and feet that bring it to life.
Home. For more than ourselves.
Community.
For those in need now,
and for generations to come.
